The FORMEDIL is the national bilateral body for training, safety, and employment services.

FORMEDIL oversees a network of 121 territorial entities. Through a widespread presence across the national territory, the system coordinated by FORMEDIL ensures:
• A training offer in every local area and for all needs, emphasizing continuous updates and constant professional growth for all roles involved in the construction production process.
• The matching of labor supply and demand through a network of dedicated services and local offices.
• Support and consultancy for companies and workers, in the interest of both, on workplace safety.

It deals with:

• Providing technical consultancy visits and assistance through professionally qualified personnel to facilitate the correct implementation of safety regulations on construction sites.
• Activities as outlined in Legislative Decree No. 81/08 and subsequent amendments, including training and information activities for personnel with specific responsibilities and risks identified during technical site visits.
• Assisting companies and workers in transferring technologies and best practices in organizational procedures to implement Legislative Decree No. 81/08 and subsequent amendments; informing and updating managers and supervisors on safety matters within construction sites.
