It is necessary to go back in time, in 46/44 BC, to find out that the engineers of Ancient Rome already made used the famous roman concrete, which are still object of studied by the Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology and CNR, composed by a special mixture of red pozzolan combined with the lava and the pumice that increase the resistance, making the concrete feel lighter. The Lava and the pumice both originated by the mountain symbol of Naples, Vesuvius.
Creativity and research are the bases of the Cementi Vesuviani collection.
A classic 20x20cm size, a silky surface like concrete, six delicate and sober nuances, but primarly infinite shades enriched by simple shiny strokes that slightly blend or light up following the light. The multiplication of unpredictable and unexpected effects makes this collection unique with countless uses for both indoor and outdoor, wall and floor coverings.
