Elena Del Prete was born on 25 January 1992 in Cattolica (RN) and currently lives in Riccione (RN). After attending the Terenzio Mamiani high school in Pesaro (Brocca experimental languages department), for her university studies she returned to the field that has always been her primary interest. She enrolled on the three-year course in industrial design at the I.U.A.V. University of Venice (Republic of San Marino campus), where she is about to graduate. As part of her university course, in 2013 she did a three-month internship at the Pesaro-based firm MAD Design led by Monica Zaffini and Massimiliano Patrignani. In 2014 she and her colleague Guglielmo Gennari won the Beautiful Ideas competition launched by Cersaie for their project entitled Le Forme dell’Arte.
Guglielmo Gennari was born in Pesaro on October 29, 1990: his father is from Pesaro and his mother is from Rimini. When he was a kid he moved to Miramare di Rimini (where he still lives) with his parents and two older brothers. He attended the “Agostino di Duccio” middle school in Miramare and graduated at the “Giulio Cesare – Manara Valgimigli” high school in Rimini. When choosing which university to attend, design and communication were not his first choice: this is the reason why he chose to attend for six months the Construction engineering classes at the Politecnico delle Marche in Ancona. This experience became the motivation to change his course of studies and enroll at the San Marino branch of the IUAV of Venice, with specialization in Industrial Design.
