Terms and Conditions for admission to Cersaie
Where and when
The International Exhibition of Ceramic Tile and Bathroom Furnishings - CERSAIE (“Cersaie” or “Exhibition”) is held in the Bologna Exhibition Centre in Viale della Fiera n. 20, (40127) Bologna.
Cersaie is open on the days and times established by Edi.Cer. S.p.a. (“Organiser”).
The dates and times of the 2024 exhibition are as follows: 23-27 September 2024, 9 am - 7 pm (Monday-Thursday); 9 am - 6 pm (Friday).
In exceptional circumstances, the opening days and times may be changed subject to prior notification.
Ticket
Admission to Cersaie will be allowed only to holders of a valid entrance ticket, which can be applied for on the website www.cersaie.it.
Registration is not possible in the Exhibition Centre itself.
Visitors must display the ticket at the entrance and whenever requested by the Organiser and must retain it for the entire time they spend in the Exhibition Centre.
Minors will not be allowed admission to Cersaie unless they are part of a student group registered by their respective schools or universities.
Obligations and conditions - Penalties
All visitors to Cersaie must:
behave in an appropriate manner and observe all applicable rules in relation to exhibiting companies and their personnel, exhibited products, property and equipment belonging to third parties present in the Exhibition Centre;
observe all safety regulations issued by BolognaFiere or the Organiser, including any health regulations imposed during the Exhibition;
observe all legislation and regulations regarding the protection of industrial and/or intellectual property. Visitors must therefore refrain from any behaviour that violates their own or others’ industrial and/or intellectual property rights in relation to the products exhibited at Cersaie;
refrain from making claims of industrial and/or intellectual property rights infringements directly in the exhibition centre, notwithstanding the right to pursue legal action in court and to enforce court orders, provided they have been issued in accordance with the adversarial principle and are enforceable.
Visitors to Cersaie must not:
promote products, brands, price lists, brochures or technologies of companies or brands that are not participating in the exhibition as exhibitors;
disrupt the normal functioning of the Exhibition or Exhibitors’ stands;
engage in unfair competition with respect to the Exhibition or its exhibitors or in any case any action that may harm the image of the Exhibition or its exhibitors, including but not limited to encouraging visitors to leave the Exhibition Centre during Exhibition hours;
make improper use or reference to the Exhibition trademarks without the authorisation of BolognaFiere;
photograph or film the interior of the Exhibition Centre, the stands or the exhibited goods by any means whatsoever without the prior consent of BolognaFiere and the stand owner;
use unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs, drones, etc.) for any purpose inside the Exhibition Centre;
use wheeled devices such as roller skates, scooters or bicycles in the exhibition areas;
bring animals of any kind into the Exhibition Centre with the exception of assistance dogs, which may enter without restriction, and other dogs which must be muzzled and kept on a leash.
Offenders may be expelled from the Exhibition Centre by the Organiser’s or BolognaFiere’s service personnel and may be barred from future participation in the Exhibition.
Any action taken to deal with violations of these Terms and Conditions may result in service charges being imposed on the offender.
The right to supplement and grant exceptions to Terms and Conditions
The Organiser has the right to supplement, amend or cancel these Terms and Conditions and to grant exceptions, subject to notice. An up-to-date copy of these Terms and Conditions will be published on the website www.cersaie.it and will take effect immediately upon publication. It is the visitor’s responsibility to check the updated Terms and Conditions before entering the Exhibition Centre.
