Shikha Bhardwaj is a Lead Sustainability Designer at Hawkins\Brown. In her 10 years of experience, she has worked on many international projects with leading architectural practices pushing for bioclimatic design as first approach. She has played a key role in setting holistic sustainability narratives and embedding environmental design principles on the macro-to-micro scale.

At H\B she is part of the dedicated team of sustainability specialists and uses her experience and passion to lead sustainability visioning on various masterplans to ensure sustainability is deeply rooted in the overall thinking from the beginning. She actively participates in roundtable discussions and sharing her knowledge with universities as a guest speaker. She won a CIBSE Building Simulation Group Award in 2018 for her technical knowledge and ability to deal with computer simulations effectively and creatively
