Cersaie 2012: Conferences and Seminars
Product and process innovation in sustainable design

Thursday 27 September - 4.00 p.m.
Galleria dell'Architettura - Gallery 25/26

in collaboration with   ASTER (Consortium for Innovation and Technology Transfer in Emilia-Romagna)

In an economic situation in which the construction sector has to define its role in the global marketplace, it is crucially important to be able to give meaning to the idea of sustainable design. The purpose of this conference is to explore the theme in the company of subject experts who are working in various ways to promote this idea at an operational level. The discussion will focus on product innovation (crucial for the ceramic sector in the field of integrated architectural design) and process innovation (equally essential in terms of the interconnections that determine the normative framework, professional expertise and the role of companies).
